In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the sbc4d platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy at all times during your use of the Services:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. sbc4d strictly prohibits participation by persons under the age of 21. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. sbc4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age (such as a national identity card, passport, or driving licence) at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
• Residency: The sbc4d platform is operated primarily for players located in or associated with Indonesia. You acknowledge that the laws governing online gaming vary by jurisdiction, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or lacking contractual capacity under applicable law may not register an account.
• No Exclusion: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by sbc4d or any other recognized responsible gambling organization. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion arrangement is a material breach of these Terms.
• One Account Per Person: You may hold only one active account on the sbc4d platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under any alias, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any outstanding balance being subject to review.

To access any real-money Service on sbc4d, you must complete the registration process and maintain an active account in good standing. The following conditions apply to all registration and account maintenance activities:

1. Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information updated at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
2. Unique Email Address. Each account must be registered with a unique email address. You may not register more than one account using the same email address or using multiple email addresses to circumvent the one-account-per-person rule.
3. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in a verification request will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is successfully completed.
4. Account Activation. Account activation is immediate upon successful registration. However, access to full withdrawal functionality requires compliance with all applicable verification requirements.
5. Inactive Accounts. sbc4d reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or close accounts that have had no login or transactional activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to reasonable prior notice to the registered email address on file.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your sbc4d account credentials. The following obligations apply:

• You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not disclose them to any third party under any circumstances, including to persons claiming to represent sbc4d customer support. sbc4d's support agents will never ask for your password.
• You must notify sbc4d immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link) if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you have notified sbc4d of the unauthorized access and taken all steps reasonably required to secure the account.
• sbc4d will never be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where such access arose from your failure to keep credentials secure or from your voluntary disclosure of credentials to a third party.

sbc4d supports Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) deposits and withdrawals via a range of local payment methods. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms:

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. sbc4d currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific methods may change from time to time; players should check the cashier section for the current method list at the time of any transaction.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit on the sbc4d platform is Rp 25.000. There is no stated maximum deposit limit for fully verified accounts; however, sbc4d reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for compliance or operational reasons.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. sbc4d targets a withdrawal processing window of 1 to 15 minutes for standard verified accounts, operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 5.4 Own-Name Payments. All deposits must originate from a payment account or bank account held in your own legal name. Similarly, all withdrawals will be processed only to a payment account registered in your name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Any deposit received from a third-party account may be reversed, and the account associated with the deposit may be suspended pending investigation.

5.5 Currency. All transactions on sbc4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sbc4d does not perform any currency conversion; no foreign currency deposits are accepted.

5.6 No Fees. sbc4d does not impose transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges for transfers; sbc4d has no control over and no liability for such charges.

5.7 Funds Held. Player funds deposited to sbc4d are held separately from the Company's operational funds. sbc4d does not pay interest on player balances.

sbc4d offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spin allocations. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each promotion:

• Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. They are subject to a wagering requirement — a specified multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet through qualifying games before a withdrawal request can be submitted. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as Blackjack, Sakong, and live baccarat may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. • Registering more than one account on the sbc4d platform, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the sbc4d platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with events on which bets are placed through the sbc4d sportsbook.

• Using fraudulent or stolen payment methods to fund an account or withdraw funds from the platform.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death and personal injury caused by our wilful misconduct.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sbc4d is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use of the sbc4d platform, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice by either party, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent sbc4d from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or platform security.

sbc4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sbc4d will provide notice to registered players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the amended terms taking effect. Your continued use of the sbc4d platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact support to close your account.
